The Matthias Family > The month started off with Mark travelling to Hillcrest Bible Church to tell the Awana kids about being a missionary and living in Ukraine. Corrie Mae even sang a song for them in Russian. It was a fun time!
The Matthias Family > To help prepare for their upcoming Missions Emphasis Month, Mark presented on missions and Russia during worship services at Hillcrest Bible Church in Oregon, WI. Hillcrest is a supporting church which we love to visit whenever we are in the Madison, WI area.
The Matthias Family > Also, before returning to Ukraine on Feb. 5, we also were thankful for the opportunity to give presentations during both services at Hillcrest Bible Church (www.hillcrestbiblechurch.org). We have made so many friends there over the past few years, it was so good to be able to share our plans for our upcoming move to Russia.
The Matthias Family > HILLCREST BIBLE CHURCH in Oregon, WI. (www.hillcrestbiblechurch.org) This was our temporary church home while we were in the states for Monica's surgery, Spring of 2006. They showed God's love to us in so many ways!
The Matthias Family > While living in Oregon, WI with Monica's sister's family, Brian and Melody Hahn, Hillcrest Bible church has become our home. Not only have they been one of our supporting churches since before we left for Ukraine, since we have returned, they have helped and encouraged us in so many ways. They have prayed for us, called with encouragement, provided meals and helped get our March newsletter printed and in the mail! Praise God for his wonderful provision!
